As long as there has not been a substantial change in the complexity of traffic operations performed or new legislation or guidelines that affect their compliance a simple refresher course given internally every season should be sufficient to maintain awareness. It is up to the employer to have the latest information available to relate to all employees who may be affected.

Transportation, CVOR and general safety & compliance information may be found on the MTO website. Information on MTO Technical Manuals is found on the online catalogue . Type in Ontario Traffic Manual or other title information in the search box to be directed to a list of publications available for download.
The Ministry of Labour website is an excellent resource for information about the OHSA, ESA and other compliance requirements.
Should your organization belong to an Industry Safety Association you should request assistance from them or seek knowledge from other firms in your industry.
