CyberSec CS is an educational cybersecurity application developed by Chrisolas Solutions. The app is designed to help students and general users learn cybersecurity concepts, practice through quizzes, and use basic defensive security-analysis tools.
Information We Collect
CyberSec CS does not require users to create an account, sign in, or provide personal profile information.
The app stores certain information locally on the user’s device, such as:
- Lesson completion progress
- Quiz scores and progress
- Bookmarked or saved lessons
- App preferences
This locally stored information is used only to provide app functionality and is not intentionally uploaded to Chrisolas Solutions servers.
Security and Network Tools
CyberSec CS includes tools such as:
- Security Headers
- SSL/TLS Certificate Information
- IP Information
- WHOIS/RDAP lookup
- URL Safety analysis
When a user enters a website, domain, URL, or IP address into one of these tools, the app may send the required technical information over the internet to external services or public data sources in order to generate the requested result.
Users should not enter passwords, private credentials, confidential information, or other sensitive personal information into these fields.
Internet Access
CyberSec CS requires internet access for certain tools and lookups.
Internet access may also expose ordinary technical information such as the user’s public IP address to the external service being contacted, as is normal with internet communications.
Third-Party Services
Some CyberSec CS features may rely on third-party services, public APIs, certificate services, domain-information services, or internet resources.
Those third parties may process technical request information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Chrisolas Solutions does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party services.
Device and Network Information
The IP Information feature may display local network-interface information available on the user’s device, such as:
- Local/private IP addresses
- IPv4 and IPv6 addresses
- Network interface names
This information is primarily displayed to the user for educational purposes.
CyberSec CS does not intentionally use this feature to track the user’s precise physical location.
Personal Data
CyberSec CS does not intentionally collect:
- Names
- Passwords
- Contact lists
- SMS messages
- Call logs
- Precise GPS location
- Photos or videos
- Microphone recordings
- Financial information
The app does not require user registration.
Educational and Defensive Use
CyberSec CS is intended for cybersecurity education, awareness, and defensive analysis.
Users should use security tools only on systems, websites, and networks they own or are authorized to examine.
Data Security
Chrisolas Solutions aims to minimize data collection and keep learning-related information stored locally where practical.
However, no internet transmission or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
