Wed in Grace is a Christian wedding-planning mobile application developed by Chrisolas Solutions.

We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how information is handled when you use the Wed in Grace app.

1. About Wed in Grace

Wed in Grace helps Christian couples prepare for their wedding and marriage through features such as:

Couple profile and wedding countdown
Wedding checklist
Guest management
Wedding budget
Wedding-day timeline
Ceremony planning
Wedding Scriptures
Couple prayer journal
Marriage preparation topics

The current version of Wed in Grace is designed primarily as an offline-first application.

2. Information Entered Into the App

Users may voluntarily enter information such as:

Bride and groom names
Wedding and engagement dates
Church and venue information
Pastor or officiating minister details
Guest names and phone numbers
Attendance information
Wedding tasks
Budget and expense information
Wedding timeline details
Ceremony information
Prayer journal entries
Selected wedding Scripture
Other wedding-planning notes

This information is entered by the user for the purpose of using the app’s wedding-planning features.

3. Local Storage of Information

In the current version of Wed in Grace, wedding-planning information entered into the app is stored locally on the user’s device.

Wed in Grace does not currently use a Chrisolas Solutions cloud server or online account system to store this information.

Chrisolas Solutions does not receive or remotely access the wedding-planning information that users store locally in the app.

4. User Accounts

Wed in Grace currently does not require users to create an account or sign in.

The app does not currently provide cloud synchronization between devices.

5. Information We Do Not Currently Collect

The current version of Wed in Grace does not intentionally collect or transmit to Chrisolas Solutions:

User passwords
Precise location
Device contacts
Financial account or banking details
Payment-card information
Government identification information
Advertising identifiers for advertising purposes

Wed in Grace does not currently contain third-party advertising.

6. Guest Information

Users may enter names, phone numbers and attendance information relating to wedding guests.

This information is stored locally on the user’s device and is provided and managed by the user.

Users are responsible for entering and handling guest information appropriately.

7. Prayer and Faith-Related Information

The app allows users to create personal prayer journal entries and select wedding Scriptures.

These entries are stored locally on the user’s device in the current version and are not transmitted to Chrisolas Solutions.

8. External Links and Contact Features

Wed in Grace may provide buttons or links that allow users to contact Chrisolas Solutions through services such as:

WhatsApp
Email
Telephone
Web browser

When a user chooses one of these options, the relevant external application or service may be opened.

Those external services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Chrisolas Solutions does not control the privacy practices of third-party services such as WhatsApp, email providers, telecommunications providers or web browsers.

9. Chrisolas Solutions Website

The app may provide a link to:

Information voluntarily submitted through the Chrisolas Solutions website, email, WhatsApp or other external communication channels is governed by the applicable Chrisolas Solutions website privacy practices and the privacy practices of the communication service being used.

10. Data Sharing

Chrisolas Solutions does not sell wedding-planning information entered into Wed in Grace.

Because the current version stores app data locally and does not transmit that wedding-planning data to a Chrisolas Solutions backend, Chrisolas Solutions does not share that locally stored information with advertisers or data brokers.

11. Data Retention

Information entered into Wed in Grace remains on the user’s device until it is:

edited or deleted by the user where the relevant feature provides a delete option,
removed by clearing the app’s stored data, or
removed when the application is uninstalled, subject to the operating system’s normal app-storage behaviour.

Chrisolas Solutions does not maintain a separate cloud copy of this locally stored wedding-planning data in the current version.

12. Deleting Your Information

Where available, users can delete individual records directly within the app.

Users may also remove locally stored Wed in Grace information by clearing the application’s storage through their Android device settings or by uninstalling the application.

Because Wed in Grace currently does not require a user account, there is no separate online Wed in Grace account that must be deleted.

13. Data Security

Wed in Grace uses the device’s local application storage for its current wedding-planning data.

Users should protect access to their phones using appropriate device security measures such as a PIN, password, fingerprint or other screen-lock method where available.

No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. Internet Connectivity

Most core Wed in Grace planning features are designed to work locally on the device.

Internet connectivity or another installed application may be required when users voluntarily choose external features such as opening the Chrisolas Solutions website, sending an email or contacting Chrisolas Solutions through WhatsApp.

15. Children’s Privacy

Wed in Grace is designed as a wedding-planning and marriage-preparation application and is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly design the current app to collect children’s personal information through a Chrisolas Solutions server.

16. Third-Party Services

If future versions of Wed in Grace introduce services such as:

cloud backup,
user accounts,
analytics,
online invitations,
payment services,
advertising,
shared wedding planning, or
other third-party integrations,

this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the relevant data practices.

Chrisolas Solutions may update this Privacy Policy when Wed in Grace features, technology, legal requirements or data-handling practices change.
